Weather and Temperature on Sikkim Himalayan Heritage Trek

There are two seasons to do the Sikkim Himalayan Heritage Trek and other high altitude Treks in Sikkim, Spring, and Autumn. The weather condition in the Himalayan region of Sikkim is extremely unpredictable and can change within hours and days in all seasons. We give lots of attention to the weather forecast and changing weather conditions however we cannot guarantee the sun, snowfall, and rains.

While undertaking the Sikkim Himalayan Heritage Trek and other treks in Sikkim you should be prepared for all weather conditions.

The Temperature on the Trek largely depends on the weather condition of each day. The average temperature during the Sikkim Himalayan Heritage Trek will be as follow:

* Spring (Mid-March, April till May)
Morning and Evening – 12 to 16 degree centigrade
Day time – 18 to 24 degree centigrade
Late Evening and Mid Night – 8 to 14 degree centigrade

* Autumn (Mid-September, October till November)
Morning and Evening – 8 to 14 degree centigrade
Day time – 16 to 21 degree centigrade
Late Evening and Mid Night – 2 to 10 degree centigrade
